This page explains what bonaflooring.com records about your visit, why, how long it's kept, and how to erase your data.

What we log

• Pageviews: URL path, timestamp, your IP address, browser user-agent (parsed into browser / OS / device class), and the page that referred you (if any).
• Aiden chat: the question you typed, the answer Aiden returned, how long it took, and which model handled it. We log the full text of both sides of the conversation.
• Session: a random opaque cookie called bf_sid ties pageviews to chats so we can tell that one visitor asked five questions across three pages. The cookie carries no identity — just a UUID.

What we don't do

• We don't run third-party analytics (no Google Analytics, no Facebook pixel).
• We don't sell or share your IP, questions, or browsing data.
• We don't try to identify you. The bf_sid cookie is httponly and randomly generated — we have no way to link it back to a real person unless you tell us who you are.

Why we log it

• To improve Aiden's answers — knowing which questions get asked tells us where the corpus is weak.
• To enforce abuse limits — we rate-limit per IP and auto-block IPs that repeatedly try to misuse the chat.
• To debug failures — if Aiden gives a bad answer, we need the full Q+A to fix it.

How long we keep it

Pageviews and chat logs are auto-deleted after 90 days. Auto-block records expire when the block expires (default 24h). Rate-limit counters are wiped daily.
